  • One of Howard's favorite ZZ Top songs is La Grange. He went through a song catalog of ZZ tracks and played a bunch of them on the air. The next day this was played with Howard commenting "I like this as much as the original." Robin said "What a great parody."

Loves Me Like A Rock

  • Throughout the years there has been a lot of talk about Robin and her misguided dad. This Paul Simon tune tells one of those stories of the past that still comes up on the air from time to time.

Low Rider

  • Tim Sabean is the program director for Howard 100 & 101. You can read more about Tim under the Midnight Rider parody. Howard said he loved this song which was the first of 2 Tim parodies that were played.

Let Me Clear My Throat

  • After many episodes of Gary clearing his throat while talking to Howard, it finally came to a head one morning on the air. A clip was played of Baba clearing his throat and this parody was played the next morning.

Lovin Touchin Squeezin

  • Sent in by request, these words could have even been in the original journey song.

Looking Out My Backdoor

  • This was a suggestion from Sal.  Looking Out My Backdoor was only played once and all that was said about it was "very nice."

Lion Sleeps Tonight

  • Done for The Lion Sleeps Tonight, Howard kept singing "I'm in your butt" and said he would be singing it all day. He also said what a compliment for Robin to have songs written about her butt.

Love Shack

  • A parody of the B52's Love Shack.

Low Rider

  • Robin was singing Low Rider one day so this had to be done.
